1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Project Cancellation by Client
If the client wishes to cancel a project after it has commenced, the following conditions apply:

- If the project is canceled before any work has started, the client is eligible for a 10% refund of any deposit or advance payment made.
- If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the cancellation date. This will be calculated based on the amount of work delivered and resources allocated.

1.2 Ongoing Services Cancellation (e.g., Digital Marketing Retainers)
- For ongoing services such as digital marketing retainers:
- Clients may cancel their ongoing service agreements within 7 days of the project beginning.
- No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or in progress.
- For contracts with pre-paid services, refunds for the remaining period will be issued based on a pro-rata calculation, minus any work already completed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Items
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Completed services: No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed and approved by the client.
- Third-party costs: Any fees paid to third parties (e.g., for domain registration, hosting, software licenses) are non-refundable once paid.
- Change in business strategy: Refunds will not be issued if the client decides to change their business strategy or marketing objectives after the service has begun.
2.2 Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation notice or refund approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
- All refunds will be subject to deductions for any work already completed or expenses incurred during the project.
3. Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding the quality of services or deliverables, we encourage clients to contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues and come to a mutually agreeable solution before resorting to cancellations or refunds.
4. Force Majeure
Abel Software Service is not responsible for delays or failures in delivering services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, government regulations, strikes, or failures of internet or hosting services. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, but we will work with the client to resume services as soon as possible.
